Tournament Format and Schedule

The main event at Pro Tour–Amsterdam is a three-day Extended and Booster Draft format event with an Extended Top 8, with a prize purse of $230,795. For more information about the format, main event registration, schedule, and prize payout, click here.

PUBLIC EVENTS
Come one, come all to participate in four days of events open to the public. Starting Thursday with the Last-Chance Qualifier, there are tournaments, drafts, EDH, and open dueling all weekend, plus the WPN Championship–Amsterdam. More information on Public Events will be posted soon. Pro Tour–Amsterdam will also play host to a few extra-special events, such as a Pro Tour Qualifier, the €2,500 Draft Challenge, the WPN Championship, Super Friday Night Magic, and the Magic Online Live Series Championship. Prizes include airfare and accomodations at the first Pro Tour in 2011 (location TBD), iPads, premium foil card sets, an iPad, iPods, Power 9, and much more!

All of Sunday's Top 8 action can be viewed on screens in the hall, with Pro Tour Statistician Rich Hagon and Pro Tour Historian Brian David-Marshall providing the commentary. Sunday's action begins at 10:45 a.m. ET, and is available as a webcast from the comfort of your own home.

Straight Swiss tournament with no single elimination rounds. One additional Swiss round will be added to determine the final standings.
Top-4 finishers will qualify for Pro Tour Amsterdam. Product prizes will begin at 5th place.
Players already qualified for Pro Tour Amsterdam may not participate.

Je cherche des partenaires de voyage et logement, afin de diminuer les coûts et d'augmenter le fun.

je suis nettement plus tenté par Amsterdam pour les side events que par Goteborg pour le main event. en clair: il est probable que j'y aille.

il reste encore des ptq ?

Perso j'y vais surement pour des side events le dimanche. Partant aussi pour un éventuel samedi soir

Si j'y vais c'est obv pour le lcq jeudi donc s'il y a des motivés...

Pro Tour–Amsterdam Public Event Information

Un programme qui devrait convenir à tous les goûts, du plus casual au plus compétitif, avec à peu près tous les formats existants représentés.

Les arbitres locaux ont créé un mini-guide pratique, s'il y a des intéressés je peux faire suivre (filez juste votre adresse mail).

Et je cherche toujours des partenaires de trajet et d'hôtel.

j'irai sans doute du vendredi soir au dimanche. s'il n'y a pas un plan voiture qui se monte cette semaine, je prendrais le train.

en bonus, la vanne pourrave du jour: Amsterdam, c'est du jack!

Y a pas quelqu'un qui aurait des adresses d'hotel pas cher sur amsterdam ? J'ai passé ma soirée à chercher sur google et j'ai rien trouvé en dessous de 150€ '-_-

je commence tout doucement à me dire qu'il me faudrait reserver une piaule si je veux zoner au PT Amsterdam.
obv, pour l'ambiance, je préfèrerai etre dans un hotel/AdJ full players. Bref: vous logez dans lequel?

@Kropernic: si t'es pas trop regardant sur le confort, recherche plutot les Auberges de Jeunesse.

J'ai regardé auberge de jeunesse mais ce sont des chambres de 4 minimum.

J'irais seul que ça me dérangerait pas vu qu'on y va à deux avec ma copine.... Enfin j'vais pas te faire un dessin

En même temps, on peut remplir des chambres de 4 entre magiciens sans soucis.
